Log Cabin Guest House Rates:
• Cabin Rates: $179/midweek & $199/weekends year 'round. Coach House: $20 less per night. Above rates are Per Night, double occupancy. Each additional adult is $25/night. Holidays & Event Weekends are $25 extra/night.
• Chetlain Cabin Rates:$229/midweek & $249/weekends year 'round (up to 4 people). Above rates are PER NIGHT, quad occupancy. Each additional adult is $25/night. Holidays & Event Weekends are $25 extra/night.
• Two-Night Minimum on Weekends year round. We do release Saturday night only stays on Thursday mornings prior to the weekend. Holidays and Event weekends require a 3-night minimum stay. Check our online availability for details.

Log Cabin Guest House Policies:
• Payment must be made in full 14 days before arrival.
• Our Cancellation Policy is 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation and
  we cannot rent the cabin you will be charged for the full stay plus tax.
• All guests must be 21 or accompanied by a parent.
• Lodging tax is 11%.
• We accept Mastercard / Visa / Cash.
• Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. They are valid for one year.
• Our reservation office is open 9am to 9pm. If you reach an answering machine
  we will return your call as soon as possible but online reservations do get top priority.
• Check in is 4pm-8pm or by appt., check-out is 11am.
• Children are allowed, under 18 free, over 18 are $25 each per night plus tax.
• Pets are allowed, kennels preferred. Pet cleaning fee is $25 per cabin per stay.
• As an Eco-Friendly vacation rental lodging Housekeeping is available every fourth night.
• While smoking indoors is permitted we encourage guests to smoke outdoors.
• Outdoor Grill is available, with tools, plates and utensils.
• If a cabin is booked at a lower price through an online special at our website only,
  we will gladly adjust your rental price for the same date of stay.
